GrooveFit Belly Dance
Cabaret and folkloric styles meet to bring you the ultimate Belly Dance Class! You will gain a strong foundation by learning and layering body isolations, sweeping across the floor gracefully using beautiful snaky arms, and undulating with ease to Egyptian classics and modern Arabic pop. This class is fun, cheeky, and one intense workout. Come ready to sweat, shimmy, and smile.

it World Dance
GrooveFit World dance is a trip around the world—no passport necessary. You will shimmy, sweat, and groove to Salsa, Bollywood, Belly dance, Samba, and some much more! This class is open to anyone that feels the groove! All levels and ages are welcome.

Meet Our Sister School in Havana
Paso a Paso Dance School and Company is based in Havana, Cuba. The School’s director, Yuly Rodríguez (pictured below) is a former Choreographer and Dancer for the world Famous Tropicana. She created Paso a Paso for her beloved community which now boasts over 500 students. Students learn Cuban folkloric, ballet, contemporary styles, and even West African, House, and Hip Hop. Acting and music lessons are also part of curriculum. All classes are free, including performance participation.
Thanks to Capezio and donations from GrooveFit students and GrooveTrips travelers, we have been able to help this art haven outfit dancers that need proper attire for class and on stage.
